Food is essential for the health of the hair, so eating sufficient amounts of fatty acid foods (salmon, walnuts, flaxseed) for stronger and healthier hair, as well foods containing Vitamin C and Vitamins from the B complex group is also great for the production of collagen necessary to strengthen the hair and reduce the hair loss.
