Who would have thought that the things that you just normally find in your kitchen would just be the right ingredient for you to have a softer and a more supple skin? We all know that that one of the most important hygienic regime is to take care of the skin. But then again, we can’t just use any random or regular products to put on our face and skin. But then again, consumers would still want to use the most natural and the most effective. Thus, it has been considered to be most fitting and proper to make your very own moisturizer.

Contrary to popular belief, a moisturizer need not be created by chemists and scientists just for it to be effective. In fact, everyone can make their very own moisturizer. And what’s more surprising is that the ingredients for your very own moisturizer can easily be found in your kitchen.

For oily skin:

To prepare for your homemade moisturizer for your oily skin, you need to prepare ingredients that do not have heavy oils. The following are the highly recommended main ingredients you need to put in your moisturizer.

  • Grape seed
  • Jojoba
  • Avocado

After considering any of the above mentioned ingredients, it will then be added with the following in order to make a moisturizer mixture:

  • Lemon
  • Eggs

Mix them up well and apply it on the skin and leave it for 15 minutes. After which, you may rinse it with warm water.

For dry skin:

The following are the highly recommended main ingredients you need to put in your moisturizer.

  • Olive oil
  • Vitamin E oil
  •  Coconut oil

After considering any of the above mentioned ingredients, it will then be added with the following in order to make a moisturizer mixture:

  • Lemon
  • Eggs

Mix them up well and apply it on the skin and leave it for 15 minutes. After which, you may rinse it with warm water.

For alternatives, you can also make a great mixture on the following:

  • 2 tablespoon of grated beeswax
  • 1⁄2 cup cocoa butter
  • 2 teaspoon distilled water
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Melt the beeswax water while adding the cocoa butter slowly together with the coconut oil and the sesame oil. Put the mixture in a jar and let it cool down and you have your very own moisturizer.
