return policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from barista bath and body at www.b3products.com, simply return the product(s) and order number to us within 15 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. We apologize, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail location other than barista bath and body at www.b3products.com must be returned to that point of purchase.

Ordering from barista bath and body online is safe and secure. All transactions are made on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone). barista bath and body regrets that it cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All orders to US destinations are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; international shipping carrier is based on the destination.
